Damaged or Wrong Items Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations You can request changes to your order within 24 hours. Once payment is made, refunds are not available, but you can exchange your item for something else.
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Import Duties & Shipping We currently ship within the UAE only. We use trusted third-party couriers. Once your order is handed over to the delivery company, we are not responsible for any delays or issues during transit.
